5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If an incorrect order was placed by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once a return is received, processing is completed within 7 business days.

For damaged items:
