Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Personal care items that have been opened

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the product packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Company Responsibility: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return requirements.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
