We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our Furniture and Home Decor products in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

 

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND VERIFICATION

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. SIMPLE DISCOUNT FURNITURE LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order. Because our store operates strictly on a Cash On Delivery (COD) basis, all orders are subject to a mandatory Order Verification process.

  • SMS and/or phone call verification is required within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • Only verified orders will be processed within our 0 to 2 business-day processing window.
  • Cancellations are fully allowed within 24 hours before the item is dispatched. Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, BILLING, AND COD POLICY

Prices for our products are in USD  and are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes or customs charges, but we do offer Free Shipping on all orders.

  • Payment Collection: We do not process payments online. Payment is strictly collected at delivery in cash only.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information. Because payment is collected at the door, refusing a verified order without a valid reason may incur return shipping deductions.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only. All delivery times are estimates.

  • Our total estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
  • Deliveries are facilitated through our trusted carriers (FedEx Freight, XPO Logistics, Old Dominion Freight Line).
  • We offer curbside delivery only; white-glove service is not included. The customer is required to inspect the item before accepting it and handing over the cash payment.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, and the design thereof, are owned by ADARA BEAUTY LLC, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws. We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools and links “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access to any third-party websites.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

SIMPLE DISCOUNT FURNITURE LLC is powered by Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and ADARA BEAUTY LLC. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with us.

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. IN NO CASE SHALL SIMPLE DISCOUNT FURNITURE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES.
