This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you place an order with ADARA BEAUTY LLC.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days, Monday through Saturday.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once an order has been processed, it is shipped using our standard shipping method.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is offered on all orders.
No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days, please contact us.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment details.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email the photos and your order number to adarabeautyplace@gmail.com

Without photographic evidence, we are unable to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to request an address correction.
