At ADARA BEAUTY LLC, our goal is to process and dispatch your orders as efficiently as possible. Because our workflow includes a strict processing timeline and order verification, our cancellation rules are time-sensitive. Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

  • Our official cancellation window is 24 hours before order dispatch.
  • Cancellations are fully allowed within 24 hours before the item is shipped.
  • If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within this 24-hour timeframe. As long as the order has not yet been processed and handed over to our carriers, it will be canceled immediately without any issues.

Post-Dispatch & Orders in Transit

  • Once the designated carrier picks up the item from our warehouse, the dispatch process is complete.
  • Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled.
  • If your order has already shipped and you no longer wish to keep the item, you must wait for the item to be delivered and then initiate a standard return. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
  • Refusing an order at delivery without verification or a valid reason may incur return shipping deductions.
