This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order placed with ADARA BEAUTY LLC may be canceled, as well as the options available if changes are needed after an order is placed.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placement by sending an email to adarabeautyplace@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clearly state that you are requesting a cancellation.
Cancellation requests received within this time frame will be processed, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Once a cancellation request is approved and processed, refunds are issued within 7 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you may be eligible to return the item(s) in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If you believe your order has shipped or are unsure of its status, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, contact us immediately.
